About a decade ago I bought a bracelet at a stall during a rally. Worn it almost daily since. Sent it in for a clasp replacement when I wore that out. Noticed a pin wearing and rather than asking for a repair again, figured I would support them again by buying 2 more as backup. Impressed with the quality and very happy with both my initial purchase and the backups. Much appreciation for the repair that was done for free. Would buy again if my backups wear out.
