Return Policy

All items purchased online at the HMJ store can be returned within 30 days of original purchase.

Item must be in new condition. Original packaging not required.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product(s) you would like to return. Or send a new email to: info@heavymetaljewels.com
  2. Package your item in a padded envelope or small box. Include a note with your name and email address used when you originally made the purchase.
  3. Send your item to:

  1. HMJ will refund your credit card for the full amount within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Exchange Policy

All items purchased online at the HMJ store can be exchanged within 60 days of original purchase.

Item must be in new condition. Original packaging not required.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product(s) you would like to exchange. Or send a new email to: info@heavymetaljewels.com
  2. Include detailed information regarding which product or different size you would like instead.
  3. Package your item in a padded envelope or small box. Include a note with your name and email address used when you originally made the purchase.
  4. Send your item to:

  1. HMJ will send you the requested item within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. If the item you are requested is not available, a full refund will be applied to your credit card instead.
  2. If the item you are requesting is a higher price than the one you are returning, we will send you an invoice that you can click to pay with credit card.
  3. If the item you are requesting is a lower price than the one you are returning, we will refund your credit card for the difference.

Resizing Policy

At any time after purchase, most items such as bracelets, chain necklaces, wallet chains and belts can be resized in increments of ½”. Most rings can be resized in ½ sizes up to size 16.

  1. HMJ will return your resized item within 5 business days of receipt.
  2. In some cases an item is not able to be resized due to style or parts availability. In such cases, you will be notified and your original item will be returned to you within 5 days.
