We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it — clear, fair, and straightforward.
Returns
Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return conditions:
- Item must be in new, unworn condition
- Original packaging is not required
How to start a return
1. Reply to your order confirmation email or email us at info@heavymetaljewels.comInclude which item(s) you’re returning.
2. Package the item securely in a padded envelope or small box.
Include a note with:
- Your name
- The email address used for the order

Refunds
Once we receive your return, your original payment method will be refunded within 5 business days.
Exchanges
Online purchases may be exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Exchange conditions:
- Item must be in new, unworn condition
- Original packaging is not required
How to start an exchange:

Include:
- The item you’re returning
- The item or size you’d like instead
2. Package the item securely in a padded envelope or small box.
Include a note with your name and order email.

What happens next
Exchanges ship within 5 business days after we receive your item.
If your requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
If the new item costs more, we’ll send an invoice for the difference.
If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your card.
Resizing
All of our pieces are built to last — and most are built to be adjusted.
What can be resized
Bracelets, chain necklaces, wallet chains, and belts: ½” increments
Most rings: ½ sizes up to size 16
Some styles cannot be resized due to design or parts availability. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know and return your item.
Bracelet too short?
Extension clasps are available for many styles if you’d rather not send your piece in.

How to start a resize
1. Reply to your order confirmation email or email info@heavymetaljewels.com
Be specific about sizing (example: “I ordered a size 9 — please resize to 8.5”).
2. Package your item securely and include a note with your name and order email.

Turnaround time
Resized items are shipped back within 5 business days of receipt.
